Gemma has spent the last 4 years working in the TECS sector within an ARC based in the Midlands. Here, Gemma was instrumental in the QSF Audit completion and is familiar with the requirements and process if you should require any support.

Gemma’s previous work history covers fostering, charity work (including CQC audit compilation) and the medical device industry. Gemma has always worked for organisations that help people and want to make improvements to people’s lives, which is exactly why she chose to work at the TSA.
