M​ark Allen

Mark is a social care and welfare service commissioner with over 25 years’ experience in the sector. He is currently Head of Strategic Commissioning within Hampshire County Council Adults Health and Care department. He is also the architect of and on-going authority lead for and Hampshire’s sector leading Technology Enabled Care services.
