Paul has been working in the Technology Enabled Care industry since 1994 with extensive experience of TEC monitoring services, software and TEC devices.
Paul established a subsidiary of Enovation in the UK in 2008, a business which provides the UMO Universal Monitoring platform, operational in 18 countries. UMO centres monitor 1.5 million people using a wide variety of telecare, video, mobile and telehealth devices. Enovation do not manufacture or supply these devices, so do not compete with suppliers.
Paul has worked closely with the TSA since 1995 and was a Non-Executive Director of the TSA board from 2012 to 2019. Paul has represented the TSA and the UK as an expert on the European Standards committees for EN50134 Social Alarms, and was part of the team that developed the first TSA (formerly ASAP) Code of Practice.
Paul loves to play guitar in a rock covers band and riding motorcycles.
