We'll then produce a formal report, documenting our findings with detailed positions for each site

P​hase 2 - Requirements specification & procurement support

Follow on phase or standalone project

We will map out the requirements and create a draft specification for the formal tender process. Creating method statement/quality questions and offer advice and support on procurement frameworks and set-up of ITT documentation. We deliver independent advice on technical clarification questions throughout the tender process

 

P​hase 3 – Call monitoring specification & procurement support

In parallel or standalone project

We can review existing 24/7 call monitoring contracts, map out requirements and create draft specifications for the formal tender process. Creation of method statement/quality questions and advice and support on procurement frameworks and set-up of ITT documentation. Our team can deliver independent advice on technical clarification questions during the tender process.

Phase 4 – Support with onboarding & commissioning digital solution

F​inal phase

This final phase consists of a short on-site visit and findings report per scheme, providing crucial feedback on the installation of the new system. We will highlight any quality issues and act as a formal sign-off for the customer to confirm that the supplier/contractor has completed the work correctly and to the highest standard.
