Anthropos' goal is to support older people to stay well and safe in their own homes well for longer. We have created a Connected Care Platform that can transform the delivery of care at home by helping care providers discover, understand, monitor and act upon significant changes in the patterns of their clients’ behaviours. Using sensors in the home, the platform can provide insights and alerts to the carers and family. This intelligence can be used to support better care decision making and deliver better care outcomes more efficiently, for more clients.
