Enabling Me Ltd via the Touchbase service gives social housing tenants the ability to directly connect their social support networks and health professionals 24/7. The Touchbase communication device is bespoke to each individual, working alongside their care plan and wishes to provide 24/7 support in a cost efficient, effective and timely manner, providing excellent value for money to the care providers. It is our core belief that enablement occurs best in the community and through connecting people.
