Rhondda Cynon Taff CBC’s contact centre is the first point of contact for the Council. It provides many services including a monitoring service for Lifeline social alarm calls. We are committed to providing a first class service to all of our lifeline service users. We feel that TSA accreditation would prove our excellent standard.
