Taking Care, part of AXA Health, is one of the UK’s largest providers of personal alarms and monitoring services and has over 35 years’ experience in Technology Enabled Care (TEC). We provide around-the-clock TEC services to over 100,000 Loved One customers including private pay personal alarm customers and the service users of our corporate clients from local authority and housing associations. With a broad industry knowledge and exemplary service provision we can supply fully supported and trusted TEC services 24/7, 365 days a year. Our monitoring services are managed through three UK-based TSA Quality Standards Framework accredited Emergency Resolution Centres, supported by teams of highly trained resolution call handlers.
