Haelu works to support personal independence and continuity of care through technology. The team has a particular ambition to make the health and social care journey more equitable for those living on the fringe of formal/statutory care or with fluctuating needs. Alongside developing their own tool, Haelu also operates Cliniconex UK and in doing so has brought North America’s fastest growing resident family engagement tool, Automated Care Messaging to the UK - helping to upgrade communication between care providers and their service users' families, staff, and other stakeholders, returning time to care and improving compliance through automation.
