This year, Appello will not only be exhibiting at the TSA ITEC Conference, but are proud to be sponsoring the event. We will be on stand 24 and will be showcasing a variety of digital equipment from warden call systems to dispersed alarms. For those looking to upgrade existing analogue equipment to digital, we will be able to assist you on your digital journey.

We also understand the enormity of the decision to move to digital, which is why we have created an analogue to digital converter, SmartBridge, a short-term interim solution whilst you decide the best approach to move to digital. SmartBridge will be available to view on our stand and the team will be on hand to answer any questions and demo any equipment.

During day 1 of the conference, Appello will be speaking on the Innovation Stage between 10 – 11am. Craig Barlow, Managing Director at Appello, will be touching on the practical look at the digital switchover, the challenges the industry faces and the opportunities digital TEC has to offer.

We will also be chairing a Knowledge and Networking session from 1:15 – 2pm, which will be looking into the hidden impact of telecare first time call failures. Included in our panel will be Carl Dixon, CEO at Agamemnon who will be sharing his insight on upgrading to digital and reduction seen in first time call failures.
