Progress Lifeline are delighted to announce that we have been selected as the preferred provider for the delivery of Lancashire County Councils Technology Enabled Care Service.
Progress Lifeline’s commitment to working in an innovative and solution-focused way, resulting in the delivery of high quality services, has been the key to our success. We have a strong and consistent performance, in line with the TSA Quality Standards Framework, and our customer feedback is exceptional.
The award is also great news for the region as a whole, as we are the leaders in the Technology Enabled Care Services within the North West and one of the top national providers.
It ensures that local jobs are created, and remain across the Lancashire area, with services provided by a local organisation who know the community well.
At Progress Lifeline we are committed to partnership working and looking at new ways to ensure the people of Lancashire have choice and excellent support in living independently.
We have an experienced and dedicated team who have excellent knowledge of the adult health and social care arena, this coupled with our expertise in Technology Enabled Care service means we are best placed to deliver a new transformational contract for the customers of Lancashire.
The new contract is a significant achievement, in what has been a highly competitive tender process. We have succeeded against lead providers in the TEC sector, and this confirms our position as a lead provider of Technology Enabled Care Services in the UK.
